for art commissions:
i reserve the right to refuse a commission on personal basis
i reserve the right to use commissioned work for advertising, personal portfolios, and etc (ask for private commissions if you'd prefer!)
i DO NOT do art to be used for commercial purposes at this time, art you commission from me can't be used commercially or for NFT
refunds are not allowed after a sketch is approved with the client.
for aj edits there are no refunds
rude or harrasing behavior is not tolerated
art posted or purchased from me is not allowed for use in AI training
attempting to access my services in place of someone with blacklist status will result in a blacklist
for my designs:
designs CANNOT be used to depict or promote harmful paraphilias
designs CANNOT be used in art promoting hate of any kind
designs CANNOT be resold at a higher price than purchased for, unless sold with additional art

process-sketches are completed within a week of payment
-some commissions have an ETA of a week, while the max turn around is 1.5 months. feel free to ask for a current ETA
-aj edits have a ETA of two weeks, no updates but allow unlimited edits
-for other commission types, I send updates at the sketch, lines, and color steps to ensure you recieve an artwork you enjoy
-a trello is available on request to track your progress!
