Terms of Service
By purchasing from me you agree to my terms of service and are able to certify you have read it in full. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist.
for art commissions:
I reserve the right to refuse a commission
- I reserve the right to use commissioned work for advertising, portfolios, etc (unless you ask for a private only commission!)
- Refunds are not allowed after sketch is approved
- Significant changes to final product may warrant extra fees
- extremely complex characters, outfits or props may warrant extra fees
- please approach me with adequate reference images for characters and outfits. I will not design your character or their clothing (unless of course, you are commissioning me for a design)
- Attempting to commission me for someone who has broken TOS (blacklisted) will result in a blacklist

Use:
- Commissioned art cannot be used commercially, for AI training or for NFT
- Edits to commissioned art such as fixing colors, adding piercings, adding a background and other harmless things are allowed! Editing my work with any malicious intent or to create a misinterpretation of my beliefs is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to editing in hateful, harmful or nsfw imagery. If I feel you have made an edit to commissioned art in bad faith I will blacklist you
- Commissioned art can be used and reposted by you in whatever way you would like! As long as you commissioned the art it’s yours to use as your profile picture, banner, etc! Credit is always appreciated

Disclaimer:
- I work on personal art from time to time while having an active queue, if you aren’t comfortable with this please reconsider commissioning!
- I work on commissions at a random order at times to keep my motivation, while still providing commissions at the deadline date. If you are not comfortable with this, please reconsider commissioning!My turnaround time ranges from 2 weeks to 1 month unless otherwise specified! I am very busy irl, so make sure you are comfortable with this before commissioning.

designs CANNOT be used to depict or promote harmful paraphilias
designs CANNOT be used in art promoting hate of any kind
designs CANNOT be resold at a higher price than purchased for, unless sold with additional art

process:-sketches are completed within a week of payment
-some commissions have an ETA of a week, while the max turn around is 1 month. feel free to ask for a current ETA
-I send updates at the sketch, lines, and color steps to ensure you recieve an artwork you enjoy
-a trello is available on request to track your progress! It is linked on my home page
